Wilding Park Indoor Centre
You will have now received an email from Tennis Canterbury qualifying you for new affiliated pricing at the Wilding Park Centre. Contact Noelene if you wish to be sent a brochure giving guidelines for the booking process.
I have passwords for a Madeline, Mia and Jane who had not supplied email addresses. Let me know if it is you.
Interclub
Thank you to all those members who have shown their interest in playing interclub. Team entries are required in to Canterbury Tennis very shortly.
Cathy has a dilemma – she is short of women for mixed doubles teams for Div 2/3. Please be in touch with her urgently if you are able and interested; we have keen men available!!

20 Sept / 4 Oct – interclub teams practice 1-3pm
30 Sept Wed night BBQ starts. The committee is keen to continue the BBQ
tradition but it will need members’ support. We intend to continue the simple burger and chips menu for $10. If the weather is iffy we will order pizzas in on the night.
Bill will be looking for members to run the board / do the kitchen. Please make yourself available.
30 Oct Quiz night with Sarah, Kathy and Gordon our fantastic Quiz Master 13 Nov Working Bee

Uniforms
Order forms for uniforms in the club rooms
Great to see Cashmere players wearing our club uniform.
Orders with payment by September 25 please.
Court Card
We are introducing a new court card (thanks to a great idea from Harrison).
This card will be available for juniors and seniors to share with extended family and friends and will also be letterbox dropped for our immediate neighbours.
The card will give the holder the right to play at the club free of charge for one game per card. The card would then be put in the court hire box in place of money! This promotion will be available until November 30th 2020. It is hoped that we could open tennis up as an option for our community and in the longer term grow our membership. EXPIRES 30th NOV 2020

Anytime Fitness at 240 Colombo St have generously offered the Club a couple of 6 month memberships.
Anytime Fitness owner Matty Lovell supports several local sports clubs and we appreciate his commitment to the community.
The 6 month memberships at the gym are valued at over $500. We are running a silent auction for the next month, concluding on October 10th.
