REGISTRATION
Entry Fee:
1 Event $30/player
2 Events $45/player
Entries Close: Thursday 13th November, 5pm
Eligibility:
- Players must be at least 30 years of age on or before 31st Dec 2025
- Players must be financial members of a Masters Association/Club
*It is important all players register to help with organisation – your doubles partner citing you as their partner does not mean you are registered ;o)
PAYMENT
Payment must be made at time of entry.
Preferred method of payment is internet banking:

(please use your ‘name’ as ref and ‘masters’ as particulars)
Fee includes TNZM levy of $2/player.
In the event of cancellation due to causes beyond our control $5/player will be retained to cover admin costs.
DEATILS
Start Times: 8.30am each day (check-in 8.15am)
Socialising & Prize-giving will follow in the club house after play each day
Lunch and evening BBQ available to purchase on the day.
Free Tea & Coffee will be available.
EFTPOS bar available at conclusion of play
RULES
TNZ Rules & Regulations, Player Code of Behaviour & Self Umpiring Rules will apply. Match Hub ranking points will apply to seeding.
Schedule/Format:
- 8.15am check-in both days for an 8.30am start time
- Players will get three matches in an event dependant on entries.
- Plate/consolation events will be held in events where appropriate.
- Scoring format will be dependent on draw sizes.
- Short second deuce will apply in all events.
- In doubles receivers chose who receives, in mixed man to man/woman to woman.
Court surfaces: Hard Courts and artificial turf.
Wilson Tournament grade tennis balls (or similar) will be used.
The tournament committee reserves the right to amend/cancel/amalgamate events based on entries.
